1. Services Provided
Olympic Payroll Solutions provides payroll processing support, payroll compliance assistance, HR administrative support, employee onboarding assistance, payroll tax reporting assistance, direct deposit coordination, W-2 processing support, paid leave tracking, and related business support services for small businesses operating primarily in Washington State.
Olympic Payroll Solutions does not provide legal, tax, or financial advisory services unless specifically stated in a separate written agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely payroll and employee information
- Submit payroll information by agreed-upon deadlines
- Review payroll reports and filings for accuracy
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Notify Olympic Payroll Solutions promptly of employee changes, tax notices, or payroll discrepancies

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted to Olympic Payroll Solutions.

3. Payroll Deadlines
Olympic Payroll Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late submission of payroll information
- Incomplete or inaccurate employee data
- Bank processing delays
- Third-party software interruptions
- Government agency processing delays

Failure to provide payroll information by agreed deadlines may result in delayed payroll processing or tax filings.

4. Fees & Payments
Payment terms for services will be outlined in a separate client agreement, invoice, or proposal.
Invoices are due according to the payment terms provided. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Olympic Payroll Solutions reserves the right to update service pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Confidentiality
Olympic Payroll Solutions understands the sensitive nature of payroll and employee information.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect confidential information, including employee data, payroll records, tax information, and banking details.
We will not sell or knowingly disclose confidential client information except:
- As required to perform payroll services
- As required by law
- With client authorization

6. Limitation of Liability
Olympic Payroll Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Penalties or interest resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses related to third-party software providers or banking institutions
- Government agency processing delays

The client acknowledges that payroll compliance responsibilities are shared and dependent upon accurate client-provided information.

7. Compliance Disclaimer
Olympic Payroll Solutions assists clients with payroll compliance processes; however, ultimate responsibility for compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws remains with the client.
Clients are encouraged to consult licensed legal or tax professionals regarding complex employment, tax, or legal matters.

8. Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Submit false or misleading information
- Disrupt website functionality

All content, branding, logos, and materials associated with Olympic Payroll Solutions are the property of Olympic Payroll Solutions unless otherwise stated.

9. Cancellation of Services
Either party may terminate services in accordance with any written service agreement.
Olympic Payroll Solutions reserves the right to discontinue services for nonpayment, misuse of services, abusive conduct, or failure to provide required information.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

11. Changes to Terms
Olympic Payroll Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the company website with a revised effective date.
